Well. In just under 2 weeks everything worth playing for has evaporated. What a whirlwind. Milan went from having a very beatable opponent in Champions League and advancing – itself a consolation prize after choking vs Dinamo Zagreb and not advancing straight to the round of 16 – and having a game in hand in […]

I don’t think the wheels have fallen off yet but more of the same from Milan and the 2024-25 season obituary can be written. Margins have shrunken to the point were the math has gotten very hard so a win today is a must… MATCHDAY: LAST FIVE MILAN: LLDWL LAZIO: LDDWW FORMATIONS MILAN (4-2-3-1): Maignan;

Another game, another disappointment. Milan, Conceição, and the players are in a rough patch that shows little sign of abating. Can anything be done to turn it around? Is it too late even if they do?… This is going to be one of the shorter post match posts of the season, mostly because what happened

Matchday 9?! Yep. This game in hand has been hanging out there since the game was originally postponed due to flooding in Bologna back in late October 2024. A game in hand can be helpful because you have what feels like an extra opportunity to either extend a lead that no one else has or

Milan got the job done but it definitely took longer…and was closer than I think we all wanted. The team looked better than it did vs Feyenoord midweek, but the team still needs to figure out how it wants to go about things, where players need to be, and how aggressive they should be attacking.

More yo-yoing as Milan dropped the midweek game to Feyenoord to kick off that two-legged affair. As has been the case this season, and especially of late in Champions League, a completely avoidable error put Milan in a hole they were not able to rescue themselves out of. But today we’re back to the league

Milan took home an important 3 points away at Empoli over the weekend to keep their chase on the top 4 within eyesight. After a laborous first half, Milan got a jolt from the substitutes and overcame some adversity to find a way to win with second half goals from Rafael Leão and new striker

I wouldn’t normally say a match against Empoli is a must-win, but at this point in the season and where Milan stand in the table domestically, pretty much every league is a must-win. So yeah, this is a must win. MATCHDAY: LAST FIVE EMPOLI: LDLLD MILAN: WDLWW FORMATIONS EMPOLI (3-4-2-1): Vásquez; Viti, Marianucci, De Sciglio;
