HELLAS V INTER After a decent start Hellas is tanking fast. They’ve conceded 15 goals over their last 5 and their only win over that stretch is over struggling Roma. Inter have ‘slumped’ to 4th but in a league where the top 5 is only separated by 1 point that doesn’t mean much. Everyone is scoring except Lautaro which has got to change soon. Like probably in this match. I would absolutely take him AGS if it’s a plus number. I’d also consider an Inter win and the over. BTTS is possible too. I expect something like a 3-1 or 4-1 win. PARMA V ATALANTA Parma finally got their first win in over a month last week at Venezia. It’s not that they are losing but they love themselves a draw, 6 in 12 this year so far. What’s painful though is they were winning 4 of those in the second half. Atalanta come in unbeaten over their last 7 league games and in their last 10 overall. Over that time they have scored 26 and conceded just 4. Safe to say they are on a roll. I expect more of the same here. Parma always seems to find a way to score and I like BTTS which is at a plus number here. I also like the over and both Lookman and Retegui are always AGS candidates. Cobble some of that together in a parlay as ATALANTA WINS

GENOA V CAGLIARI First Genoa bring in Balotelli and then they brought in Viera as coach. Neither move makes much sense as much as it smells of desperation. I thought they were actually righting the ship but what do I know. They are tied for 17th with Cagliari visiting, who are about as predictable as a Tasmanian devil. Not much to say here but to lean on the new manager bounce for the home team. I like Genoa DC and over 1.5. Sleep in and count your winnings after you wake up. For shits and giggles I’ll say GENOA WINS

COMO V FIORENTINA Como got off to a brutal start…and it hasn’t gotten a whole lot better. Those who thought they would be top ten were bonkers. The offense is a mess but the defense has at least improved. When you can’t score more than 1 goal a game wins are scarce. Home or away it’s not pretty. Fiorentina keep steam rolling. Kean is on fire so much so they’ve hardly missed the injured Gudmundsson. They have lost just 1 game all year and only sit a point back of top spot Napoli. Palladino is this year’s Motta and Fiorentina this years Bologna. Things will get harder the longer they stay in Europe but that won’t matter here. Como will keep it close but I still like Fiorentina. Go with La Viola DC and under 2.5 at +120. I’ll go with a 1-1 DRAW

TORINO V MONZA I really don’t trust either of these teams. Can’t score. Can’t win. In the past I would have suggested a 0-0 game here. Definitely a 0-0 halftime score. In fact, let’s stick with that. I also like Torino with a DC and under here at a plus number. Any time goalscorers? NOT ON YOUR LIFE! DRAW

NAPOLI V ROMA Don’t overthink this one folks. A Conte team at home? Check. Lukaku to start and score against one of his former teams? Let’s hope so. Roma changing coaches and hoping for a spark? Yeah, no. This Ranieri move makes absolutely no sense at all. My guess is DDR is back in charge by February. Napoli romps. Lukaku scores. Roma doesn’t. NAPOLI WINS

LAZIO V BOLOGNA GAME OF THE WEEK! Lazio come in red hot! They have 10 wins and just 1 loss in 11, away to Juve. Over that time they have potted a whopping 27 goals. Dia, Castellanos, Zaccagni and Pedro are doing the scoring while Tavares continues to drop dimes. The defense has also been stout. Every year we count Lazio out and every year they find a way. Meanwhile at Bologna, Italiano is slowly plotting his path. They struggled to score early but have just 1 league loss. It’s a lot like 2 years ago when they kept drawing. They are struggling in CL but that’s a wash. They know the league is more important. Both teams are excellent defensively and I think we see that on display here. Brain says it’s a likely 1-0 Lazio win…heart says Bologna finds one late and we see a draw. I like Castellanos TSOA and Orsolini AGS. DRAW

EMPOLI V UDINESE If it’s Empoli you know it’s an under, especially at home. It also usually means 12+ shots for opponents and most likely 3+ saves for Vezquez. All numbers to look to work into a parlay. This is now 3 straight years that Udinese have started well only to crash quickly. They have the talent to be troublesome with players like Thauvin and Lucca but just can’t pull it together. I don’t think that changes here. Consider all the above in your parlay. I especially like Empoli’s DC under 2.5 and with Udinese double digit shots. DRAW

VENEZIA V LECCE Marco Giampaolo is back in the league! Bet against him at all costs! New manager bump my ass! Any love I had for Lecce is now gone. There’s no justifying this clown. NONE AT ALL. For reals though…HE SUCKS. Moving on to the betting side of things, take Venezia. Yes I know they are dead last. Probably means a good number. Take them to lead at the half and full time. Also consider Venezia shots and Falcone saves. Venezia will be on the front foot. F GIAMPAOLO! VENEZIA WINS
