WHAT TO WATCH FOR:

I don’t have a ton to say but let me say that I genuinely do not care if Milan win this game. I mean, great if they do but the most important thing to me is that Milan avoids injury, and secondly that they save the energy of their most important players.

Sassuolo…good’ol Sassuolo, is sitting on top of the Serie B table and while only up 3 points on 2nd place Pisa, their goal differential is superior and I would think they’re going to run away with it. Looking at their roster it’s not hard to see why. I’m actually quite stunned they kept so many of their starters from last season when they were in the top flight. Usually relegated teams have a fire sale because the money isn’t going to be rolling in.

All this being said, it’s funny to me that Sassuolo appears to be throwing out a lesser lineup than they could, almost like they’re trying to lose this match.

Prediction time. You all know I hate RLC playing…at all…but especially as the CAM. Despite this I’m going with a Milan win…let’s say 3-1.

Michael Lisi says: Honestly I hate the Coppa. Every year I go through the same cycle: I spend 48 hours hating it and not giving a shit. Then once the game starts I get more and more invested. By the end I want to win. But then the next day I wish we would have lost and regret the whole thing. Probably a lot like taking home the last girl at the bar at 2am. You know you shouldn’t but you do it anyway and then regret it the next day. Only silver lining is in the case hopefully I don’t have to go to the clinic and get some cream the next day. All that being said, I’ll take Milan 2-1. Abraham scores. Reijnders shots. Berardi TSOA

STAY HEALTHY.

Forza Milan
